IN ARAB CULTURE IT’S AN INSULT? Throwing shoes? C’mon Now! Are we even sure that the journalist wasn’t simply giving President Bush a gift? Now, I believe it is more of an insult to miss said shoe, he should have gloriously accepted this gift to win the hearts and minds!
